Public classes

I teach at a variety of gyms and studios in the local area. All of my classes are accessible to all levels of yoga experience. It is possible to modify almost every yoga posture to suit the need and level of ability of all students. So no one should feel that they can’t do yoga. It really is for everyone.

If you have been practicing yoga for a while and feel you would like to advance your practice further I can offer variations to postures to challenge the mind and body.


All my classes are open to the public, each gym has a different system but all of them cater to to non-members with either a drop in, pay as you go or class pass on-line booking system. Please follow the links to their websites on the Class Times page.
