
The benefits of yoga for children are numerous. Physically it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination and body awareness. Mentally it aids concentration, bringing a sense of calm and relaxation helping to deal with feelings, emotions and stress through breathing and relaxation techniques.

Classes include breathing exercises, mindfulness and physical postures delivered via stories, songs and games.
